The Courtyard House

Located in Nad Al Sheba 4, Dubai, the Courtyard House is designed as a single-storey home organized around a series of internal courtyards. The “U” shaped layout creates shaded outdoor spaces for both family and formal gatherings while promoting cross ventilation and natural cooling.
A corten steel entrance wall defines the formal access, separating guest and family areas while maintaining visual openness. The combination of corten steel, exposed concrete, and white plaster gives the house a minimalist character, blending warmth, texture, and light in a calm architectural composition.
