The Private Resort in Al Ain is planned as a family retreat organized around a central courtyard landscape. The layout integrates multiple residential blocks, guest suites, and recreational facilities, connected through shaded walkways and open green spaces.

Natural materials such as stone, wood, and textured plaster are combined with pergolas and lattice screens to balance light, privacy, and ventilation. Each space opens toward gardens, water features, or the central pool, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

The design emphasizes simplicity, spatial clarity, and a quiet connection to the desert landscape.
