National Institute of Water Sports

Located in Goa, the National Institute of Water Sports redefines government architecture through a bold, fluid expression inspired by the sea. The design brings together academic, residential, and recreational spaces under a 4,000 square meter parametric roof structure composed of over 15,000 pipes and 5,000 CNC-cut panels. Digitally fabricated and cost-efficient, the lightweight gridshell roof captures motion and continuity, transforming the institute into a landmark that embodies the energy of water and the spirit of adventure.
