Institute of Hotel Management

Location:

West Bengal, India

Year:

2014

Role:

Proposed for the city center of Jagadishpur, the Institute of Hotel Management is designed around an existing grove of trees, turning constraints into opportunity. The masterplan forms an armature that preserves the natural landscape, organizing hotel and administrative spaces on the ground floor with training and academic facilities above.

Minimal façades, green terraces, and open courts define a calm learning environment where architecture and nature coexist.
