Parking + Viewing Deck

Located on the island beside Sharjah’s Al Majaz waterfront, the project responds to a growing need for parking during large cultural events.

The design introduces a parking structure that resolves congestion without obstructing views of the lake or overpowering the amphitheatre’s form.

By placing the building one and a half levels below ground and half a level above, the roof transforms into a landscaped slope that rises toward the waterfront.

This gentle gradient becomes a public viewing deck and gathering space, turning a practical solution into an active extension of the amphitheatre experience.
